Agreement

By accessing or placing an order on Planto.ae you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Planto.ae is operated as an online plant nursery and landscaping services provider serving customers in the United Arab Emirates.

Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Product images are representative. Live plants may vary slightly in size, shape, and colour due to natural growth and seasonal availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders affected by pricing or catalog errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Orders & Payment

Guest checkout is available. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details at checkout.

Accepted payment method is Cash on Delivery.

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or on-screen confirmation with an order reference number.

There is no additional Cash on Delivery handling fee.

Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery windows and fees are shown at checkout and may vary by emirate.

Someone must be available to receive live plants. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or failed access, redelivery may incur additional charges.

During summer months we use heat-safe handling practices. Extreme weather may occasionally affect delivery timing — we will contact you if rescheduling is required.

Healthy Plant Guarantee

We guarantee plants arrive in healthy, saleable condition. Plant care outcomes after delivery depend on local light, watering, and environmental conditions.

Report transit damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos to qualify for replacement or refund under our Healthy Plant Guarantee. See our Returns page for details.

Returns & Refunds

Perishable live plants cannot be returned once accepted in good condition. Refunds or replacements apply only for qualifying guarantee claims.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photography, and copy are owned by Planto.ae or used under licence. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Planto.ae is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from plant care after delivery, third-party courier delays, or force majeure events.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
